What happens next.

1. Qualification Review

We review the intended use, facility, robot information, access restrictions, deliverables, and schedule.

2. Scope Call

If the project fits, we schedule a focused call with the project owner and the appropriate deployment, facilities, BIM, or engineering representative.

3. Written Proposal

The proposal defines capture area and method, deliverables and formats, intended use, accuracy and verification approach, exclusions, security, schedule, and fixed price.

4. Capture and Handoff

After authorization and site coordination, we complete the capture, prepare the agreed facility data package, and conduct the handoff review.

Before submitting: AI Aerial provides facility capture, scan-to-BIM, observed-condition documentation, robotics-specific facility annotation, and structured data handoff. Unless separately contracted through qualified professionals, the service does not provide surveying, industrial metrology, engineering, robot programming, systems integration, functional-safety certification, code approval, or final deployment acceptance.
